Before transitioning into coaching, Alex amassed over 15 years of experience in international finance, notably serving as Director and Financial Controller for the National Basketball Association (NBA). His career also includes a tenure at Ernst & Young, where he honed his expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
In 2022, Alex co-founded Altior, a high-performance coaching agency, where he serves as CEO. Under his leadership, Altior has developed the Global Performance Index (GPI), a unique tool that assesses 50 markers of self-performance, providing clients with clear insights into their developmental journey.
