After joining Solea Capital (formerly Flavigny) in 2020 as an external advisor, Slanie quickly demonstrated her financial and organizational expertise. Her strategic mindset and ability to optimize operations led to her taking on increasing responsibilities, from managing the back office to overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations. Over time, she has become instrumental in structuring internal processes, ensuring financial oversight, and coordinating key initiatives that drive Solea’s growth. Today, she plays a central role in overseeing Solea’s strategic and operational execution, ensuring financial discipline and business growth.
Before joining Solea Capital, Slanie built a strong foundation in finance, working at various banking institutions where she developed a wide range of financial products for clients. Later, while residing in Venezuela, she pursued studies in interior architecture at the Instituto de Diseño de Caracas and actively contributed to the renovation of multiple projects in Venezuela, Miami, and Paris. This unique blend of financial expertise and design sensibility provides her with a holistic perspective when evaluating investment potential and business development strategies.
Slanie holds a Master in Management and Finance from Toulouse Business School (TBS).
