Range of scope

Our investment focus is on the lower segment of the U.S. market, targeting companies with strong growth potential and scalable models, while also exploring select opportunities in Latin America and Europe.

Our investment strategy targets potential and scalable business models. We aim to provide equity type investments ranging from $1 million to $20 million per company—an underserved segment of the market. Within this range, we believe there is a substantial number of businesses that align with our risk tolerance while offering significant opportunities for growth and value creation.

We target two main categories of investments that can benefit from our extensive network of specialists and our ability to deploy capital swiftly and strategically.
